Alexander Nii Kwartei Owoo Esq.
Board ChairmanPrivate Legal Practitioner Barrister/Solicitor Lecturer He had practical experience with Adjettey & Co. and Kudjawu & Co both law firms in Accra after being called to the Ghana Bar in 2001. He worked as a Legal and Administrative Counsel with Provident Insurance Company and was an Associate Member of the Ghana Arbitration Centre. He worked with HFC Bank for ten (10) years where he served in various capacities as Head of Legal Affairs, Head of Recoveries, and Acting Company Secretary. He lectured in Law of Trust under the University of London external law degree program at Zenith College. He currently lectures in Business Law with the Central University College where he has been a lecturer for over five (5) years. He holds an LLB Degree from the University of Ghana and an LLM in International Commercial and Corporate Law from the University of London. Mr Owoo has a wealth of experience in corporate law practice especially in the areas of Banking and Finance, and Trusts and Insurance.

Nii Kwartei Kojo Owoo
Executive DirectorMr Nii Kwartei Kojo Owoo is an astute businessman with over a decade's prior work experience in Banking. Prior to Banking, while a student at the University of Ghana, he owned and managed a number of businesses in the areas of general merchandise, transport, laundry services etc. His banking career spanned Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, and Loan Recoveries. As Relationship Manager, he procured and managed some notable national accounts such as COVID -19 National Trust Fund and National Cathedral Account. He also helped secure funding for major logistical supplies to the various National Security Services (Ghana Army, Ghana Immigration Service, Ghana Revenue Authority and Ghana Police service). He also served as interim National Chairman of the GCB Bank employees union between 2015 and 2016. Mr Owoo holds qualifications in both Economics and Law. He holds a B.A (Hons) Economics from the University of Ghana, an LL. B (Hons) from the University of London and a Master of Laws degree (LL.M, Merit) from the University of South Wales. Additionally, he has passed the Solicitors qualification exams for England and Wales. Furthermore, he holds a certificate in Managing Risk in Project Finance from Ghana Banking College and certificates in the Ghana Stock Exchange courses. Amongst his notable Academic achievement awards are: Best student in Trust Law (University of London). He also obtained an award for achieving one of the highest marks in the Global category of Contract and Criminal law (University of London). While studying at the University of South Wales, he went to obtain a high distinction in Advanced Corporate and Business Law and Solicitors Accounts Rules. Amongst other things he specialized in Commercial Property Law for his LL.M He is innovative and spurs his team on attaining returns on shareholder investments. He brings an exciting energy to the role.

Nii Armah Dagadu
DirectorMr. Nii Armah Dagadu is a Creative Architect with over ten (10) years’ experience and profound knowledge of space in Structural Design, Project Management, and Computer-aided Design. He is a qualified project management professional for over two (2) years and a newly qualified civil engineer experienced in the building, assembling, and planning of roads, bridges, buildings, and underground systems. Mr. Armah Dagadu has been the lead Architect for the underlisted projects: • ASSOCIATE BRIDGE ENGINEER, JIT INVESTMENT LIMITED — 2020 – PRESENT. Duties on the project include Design, Consultancy, Supervision, Installation, and Assembling of 50No. Czech Modular Steel Bridges and Related Civil Works. • ASSOCIATE BRIDGE ENGINEER, JIT INVESTMENT LIMITED — 2021 – PRESENT: Installation of 14No. Pedestrian Footbridges at Various Locations in Ghana. • FREELANCE ARCHITECT — 2010 -PRESENT Collaborated with various clients and led the production of Concept Design and Construction drawings and other associated documentation for various Design and Build Projects in Ghana. Mr. Nii Armah Dagadu's educational journey began with a BSc honors in Architecture from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in June 2008. He followed up with a Post Graduate Certificate in Professional Architecture Practice from the same University in 2010. His hunger to succeed led him to acquire a Master of Science in Project Management from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in 2018. He currently holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BENG) from the Accra Institute of Technology and he is also a Licensed Project Management Professional.

Cyrille Edem Akondor
DirectorCyrille Edem Akondor has ten (10+) years of work experience in Ghana’s financial services sector, with significant experience in investment service such as portfolio management, asset management, and fixed income trades). He also has experience in Business Development and Client Management. Additionally, he has passion for buildings and real estates. Cyrille is currently a freelance consultant and in recent times he has rendered professional and management services to various indigenous Ghanaian companies like OctaneDC, Provivo Pharmaceuticals Ltd. and Gfx Brokerage Ltd in areas of fund management, Business development and management and Trade coverage on the Ghanaian fixed income markets, as well as facilitating trading between market participants respectively. He began his career in 2008 as an account officer with Ndk financial services Ltd where he rose through the ranks to head the investment department at Tema Branch. He managed all investment portfolios, transactions and client relations. In 2014, he joined Ideal capital partners Ltd (Member of Groupe Ideal) as Head of Business Development and after two (2) years he was promoted to head and lead the Asset Management Department of the company till 2019. Cyrille is certified by the Ghana Securities industry/Ghana stock Exchange and he holds an EMBA in Finance from University of Ghana Business School Legon and B.Sc. in Accounting from Central University.

Eunice Appah
Office AdministratorEunice Appah has six (6+) years’ experience in office administration and management with profound knowledge in customer service, office planning and organization, accounting and bookkeeping, interpersonal, event organizing, communication, problem-solving skills, attention to details, facility management, and procurement and logistics. Her passion for office administration began when she was posted to the Deans Office - School of Social Sciences, University of Ghana in 2016 for her national service. She played a significant role in the day-to-day running of the office and also in the organization of the 3rd School of Social Sciences Conference held in May, 2017. She underwent a facilitator’s training for the “One House, One Toilet Project” for the Accra Metropolitan Assembly (AMA). In 2018, she joined Panda Investments Limited where she successfully provided administrative and secretarial support to a large and complex office. She joined Mina Chemical Enterprise Limited in 2020 and provided administrative support to the Managing Director’s Office, Accounts, Marketing, and Logistics Department and established a proper filing system. Eunice holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work with Study of Religions from the University of Ghana, Legon.
