Private Legal Practitioner Barrister/Solicitor Lecturer He had practical experience with Adjettey & Co. and Kudjawu & Co both law firms in Accra after being called to the Ghana Bar in 2001. He worked as a Legal and Administrative Counsel with Provident Insurance Company and was an Associate Member of the Ghana Arbitration Centre. He worked with HFC Bank for ten (10) years where he served in various capacities as Head of Legal Affairs, Head of Recoveries, and Acting Company Secretary. He lectured in Law of Trust under the University of London external law degree program at Zenith College. He currently lectures in Business Law with the Central University College where he has been a lecturer for over five (5) years.  He holds an LLB Degree from the University of Ghana and an LLM in International Commercial and Corporate Law from the University of London. Mr Owoo has a wealth of experience in corporate law practice especially in the areas of Banking and Finance, and Trusts and Insurance.
